All sales are final for online E-courses. No refunds are issued for online courses after the 60 day return period. The supplies and props used for any videos instructed are not included in the purchasing price of the E-course.

This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the substantive laws of Oregon without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws.  Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website or Content must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assumption of Risk

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matthew Farrahi LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If

Matthew Farrahi LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Matthew Farrahi LLC.

I acknowledge that Matthew Farrahi LLC and their directors, officers, volunteers,
representatives and agents are not responsible for my errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act, including my use of any of the information contained in the Course.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE MATTHEW FARRAHI LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST

MATTHEW FARRAHI LLC FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Matthew Farrahi LLC, its agents, and employees.
